Hope somebody can help. We have a Architectural model with a structural model linked in. We just received the new Strucutral model.
Is it ok to save the new structural model in the smae place/smae name, essentially overwriting the old one, WHILE people are working in the Arch. model?
Or, do I need to have everyone close out of the Arch. model and save in teh new strucutral, and tehn make new locals?
Thanks!

We always save it in our directory with a new name reflecting the date then in the manage links, we simply use the reload from function pointing to the new file.
The new file we only show up in your other users when you then they sync with central.
