I am fairly new to revit and I am taking a class for it and my teacher doesn't know what he is doing i need to find out how to create a foundation plan to help show the class. Thank you email cardsrule250@yahoo.com

I suggest James Stine's book on Residential Design with Revit; in it he walks you through making basement walls with a footing underneath. For a foundation plan the principle is the same; just that the "basement walls" are shorter and not as deep. JOHN

Don't forget to offset it as necessary so that the foundation walls finish flush with the core walls, and so the dimensions on the floor plan and foundation plan match exactly. Or you can increase the detail level on your floor plan to see where exactly to draw your foundation walls. John
