I've not done this, but i'm pretty sure if you're all going to be working on the same project activly you need to install "Revit Server".  It allows this type of colaboration.  I know nothing more about it.  You'll need to talk to your rep probably to get more information.

I don't even know if there are costs involved in revit server.

Sorry sir. I thought I may actually get an answer if I started it in a different thread. I appoligize, I have contacted my rep. It seems this topic is over everyone's head. I guess it's more of a techy question.
