Can someone please tell me how to get the blue lines to go away? this happens on a few of my families and for the life of me I can figure it out.

No way for us to know. These may be sub-category lines in that family. Look at all the sub categories for windows under manage/object styles.

Go into Manage > Object Styles > Doors.Change the colour to None or Black.
It should be fixed hopefully

In Manage > Object Styles > Door.
Make the colour None or Black.
