I started using the Revit in the cloud on from the ribbon.
but now for some reason i don't see the button no more and can't get it back some how. I am on my company subscription and also, have a student account.
none of them works.
any ideas from my friends out here

I am not sure about your icons but try typing in 'RC' render in cloud or 'RG' for render gallery. That should at least give you access to your renderings

No luck.
will remember those hot keys though.

This may be silly, but are you signed in?
Also make sure that you have all available Service Packs installed for the version of Revit you are using at: http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/downloads#?sort=score
