I have a master schedule of rooms (with level, room number, name, area, department, occupancy etc..) on a sheet which is great. The building is 8 floors and I also have one sheet per floor. On each of these sheets I want to show the room schedule for just that floor (i.e. by filtering the master schedule and putting it on the sheet along side the floor plan).
The way I have done it is by duplicating the master schedule and using the filter to remove the information that I don't require. It means I have numerous schedules (one for each floor). This is ok and seems to work fine.
However, is this the correct best) way to do it?
Or is there a way to do this in the visibility/graphics for the sheets by creating a filter of the view there? I set up what I thought were filters in this but they don't work.

I believe you are doing it correctly as long as you are simply filtering the copied schedule by level.
