when i go to 3d or elevation, the model is very small hard to find it, everytime i go to 3D, i need to zoom it first before i see it...

While it is very small, window the screen.  You will usually find something way off in space from your model.  Delete that.

As I said "....window the screen. "  This is a fundamental Revit tool.  Meaning use a pick window to select all the objects.  You should find some indicators far away from your model.  You can zoom in there and look at them.  Delete anything that is junk.
