Either a mass - face based - or model in-place - modeling all elements (non-system).
Or you could build in a family.

No. You can create a sloping roof but you can't put curtain wall components on that.
Use the mass.

Yes, you can start with a sloped roof by footprint and then add curtain panels and mullions. Simply change the roof type to be "sloped glazing" and then go to Edit Type and configure the properties of the mullions and panel.

Alf,
I'm glad you posted that. As many times as I do a roof you would think I could remember that you have that type choice.
Thanks

yes it work, but as proffessional users, better to model it in a mass command

I think the roof sloped glazing is far easier to modify than using the mass.
"...but as proffessional users, better to model it in a mass command..." << I don't understand this conclusion.
Is it a wall or is it a roof? Although the system schedules as a roof, there is no associated area. The mass created CW system is neither a roof or a wall and both "surfaces" are in the same schedule - again without area. The panels and mullions all schedule under CW components for both mass created and roof created.
