I have tried that. In Revit 2013 I was able to tag rooms from a linked revit model. The tags would read the information from the architectural model and i don't have to remake all the rooms. However, in 2014 it looks like the rooms from the architectural model wasn't "linked" into the MEP model.
Thanks teafoe5.

What you could do is go into the linked file, and see if the rooms are already tagged, ebcause if they are, you could just go into your visibilty graphics in YOUR project and go to revit links tab>select the last collumn for that link that says "By Host View">in the fist window select the custom bubble>then go to the annotation tab>the very first selection you see says "by host view" again, drop that down, and select custom> then everything should ungrey>scroll down to room tags and turn them on.
if the rooms aren't tagged and you know the rooms are already created, you could just tag them in the link file, reload, in your manage links window, and repeate the steps aboveif they still do not show.

Thank you teafoe5 and Pikachu123 for the reply.
I've found the solution to my problem. The phases of the architectural model was not matching the phases of the MEP model. Once i have matched the phases in the "Phase Mapping" the rooms showed up.
