hello all, in my line of work, we need a NO-FLY Zone in addition to our ceiling panels. Our ceiling panels are generally 2" thick with an additional 6" above that for installation purposes. Currently i show that area (NFZ) as a Glazed or Glass material with a thickness or depth of 6".
Questions:
1. Does anyone else have to do anything similar? NFZ? If so, how do you do it?
2. Along with what i do, I have to show the panel seams, which i cueerntly use model lines for. Yet they don't show in some programs (VEO). When the model is uploaded, it and the NFZ show as solids and not a glass and model line like intended....
thank you in advance.

If these are ceiling panels, then why no create them like ceilings. The material description would have the hatch pattern - no need for model lines.
I do not use VEO so I have no comments about that.
