Check out the attached pdf. I've tried every setting for wraps, but can't get the gwb on the 6" (thicker) wall to wrap back to the 3 5/8" (thiner) wall. The additional thicknesses and shapes are trim / window frame.
Revit 2013.

This is exactly how Revit functions at a simple wall join.
For exterior model views, you can "paint" the return exposed ends of the wall. For plan views, you can edit the cut profile. Your other option is to create some sort of family (loaded or in-place) or use a vertical in-place sweep to fill in this area.
