HI All.
I'm looking for the best practise for splitting a large site up over multiple phases.
The site is approx 14 hectares / 34 acres.
We are developing it over 5 phases.
We've decided to link buildings are per typical campus setup.
What is the next step in terms of developing and managing the topography to be able to flip between phases if need be? I'm talking more than the basis Existing Phase / New Phase setup you'd create with the graded region tool.Or will it be as simple as that?
- Existing to P1 via graded region
- P1 to P2 via graded region
- P2 - P3 and so on and so forth?
Thank.kf
