Hello! I am trying to create a new family.  So I go to families>new and the folder is empty! What do I do??

You may have installed them elsewhere.  Under the Revit R dropdown/options, you will find the pointers to your file locations.  Use window's exployers to find where you installed these files then set the pointers to the correct location.

If you truely did not install the library, then you will have to do that again.

This is for 2015, you may try to see if Autodesk had a similar fix for 2014.

I actually already looked that up, but I did not seem to be able to find a similar fix for 2014.
