I finally got around to working on our 2015 library.  I found the upgrader bat file in a new location from where it typically was and looked at the code.  It is still the same 2010 file but I have a problem.

When the program runs, it appends a series of numbers at the end of my family names.

Exmp: Wall Tag-INT_20140623-193320-650.rfa  << Underlined text was added.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

We had that sam eproblem as well, but it was on 2014, and with Sysque rfa's. they are located on our C drives in thier own folder. we never came to a conclusion on what it was though, wish i could help. however we did expierence the same thing. something was making a copy of the rfa and putting a numeric pattern after some of our rfa's. the pattern wasn't identical, but they all had similarities to them. and that really messed with our SysQue set up over here, because some of the mapping is biuld in the naming convention of SysQue rfas.

I ended up just deleting all of these additional files since the updated and backup files were in the proper folder.  Of course, I also deleted the backup files too.  It ended up being just an incovenience.

Yea same, i think they were throwing them not with its copy either. They were having the numeric copy where the SysQue program was mapped too. in the Biulding Data folder. I was thinking maybe a interception of a back-up and an accidental save, not sure, it was just a little strange. The only issue we did have was multiple of the same family in the rvt, whick led to confusion,  and the routing preference issue. but we were able to figure out, and clean the file.
