I'm reverse engineering an adaptive component that is built with a profile attached to a reference point hosted to a reference line. The reference point has a set of parameters available to it that I cannot recreate. They are not user defined - they are out of Revit per the help menu. The parameter that I want to work with is under the heading "Measurement Type" and has a drop down that includes "Normalized Curve Parameter." How do create the reference point that will have this available? As far as the help menu goes my point should automatically have it, but it seems to be keeping a secret on how one is supposed to have access to it. Can anyone offer some insight into this?
