Hi
I am running Revit Architecture 2014LT. I have just reopened a file I have been working on for some time and I noticed that somehow multiple design options are showing at the same time and I cannot seem to control it. The primary option in all sets (I have 5 in total) seemingly being stuck on, in addition to any objects in any other option that I am in the editting mode for. I have tried making one of the other options primary, but the objects that were on the original primary option still appear. There are also some objects elsewhere in the model that were hidden in various viewports that have suddenly reappeared. I know the model was fine the last time I saved it, because I had recently printed some PDFs, which show the options correctly. Upon reopening the file about 30 minutes later, these issue appear. I have now closed and reopened the programme and file several times with the same result.
Has anyone else encountered anything similar?

Could it be the view became corrupted? We have seen that on rare occasion.
Do you have view templates in LT? If so, is there one on this view?
You don't say if all of the oprtions are in the same set. If they are, then I think it is a corrupted view.

Yes, view templates are applied to the viewports. I get the same issue with other view templates applied also. We have copies of the full version in the office, which I could try if it would help diagnose the problem.
I have 5 separate sets, the primary options of all which are on permenently, no matter which option I am in the editting mode for or which is set to show in the view template.
Also, it is not just one view the is showing multiple options - it is all views. Even ones that don't have view templates applied.

Check out your view template. Create a new one and apply it.

I just created a new view template from the default 3D view, with all the options set to <automatic> and applied it to the 3D view. I then changed the visibility of the two option sets to show the options I want in the view template and applied it again. Amazingly, it seemed to be back to normal in all views. However, I then reloaded a link I had unloaded since having this issue and the problem reocurred. When I unload the link, it seems to work again. Why would this be?
I have now noticed further strange happenings relating to options. In one of my perspective views, the options display correctly (showing the option selected in the view template), but when I go into the editting mode for that option I get lots of stray lines appearing, see attached screenshots. This is not resolved by unlinking the file.
I have a alternative version of the file, which I saved shortly before encountering the issue. This fle is still behaving correctly, even with the linked file loaded, which leads me to conclude that it is not a problem with the linked file. I think I might just abandon the newer file altogether and just copy across the few elements I had modified between saving the two.
