Revit 2013:
We have a block of apartments, to which we have created a GIA Area Plan, which schedules out the area for each apartment.
Obvioulsy each apartment contains a number of rooms (kitchen/ bedroom/ bathrooms/ etc). Is it possible to schedule out which rooms are located within each of the GIA Area zone?
I could use Departments, hwoever, I have several parameters (Tenure/ Phasing/ Postal Addresses) attached to the GIA Areas, which I would like to utilise and don't wish to double entry.
Any help/ pointers would be appreciated!

Could you add a parameter for the GIA Area zone and then group your schedule by that parameter?

How do I go about doing this?
Currently, if I create a 'Room Schedule', there is no option to select the Area GIA Parameters in the Select available fields dropdown. Likewise the same is true if I create an 'Area (GIA) Schedule, the Room parameters are not available in the dropdown.

Yeah, you can't schedule rooms and areas together. Have you tried doing both with areas? You could make two different area plans and then overlay one on the other. Then you could name the previous rooms something like A1-Kitchen (Apartment 1, Kitchen).
