Working in Revit 2013 (all patches). I have looked on the forum and went to the help in Revit. But I am having a hard time finding out how to breakout my grille schedule. I just want to have CD (ceiling diffusers) RG (return grilles) and EG (exhaust grilles) in my schedule. I go to properties, filter, and click filter by: Mark (which is renamed Tag in my schedule), then I click: Begins with: type in CD and the schedule comes up with only CD-2, 3, 4 and so on which is good (See schedule 1 jpeg). Now I want to add to this same schedule RG and EG. I do the same steps as above (See schedule 2 jpeg), and then my schedule goes blank (See schedule 3 jpeg). As you can see on jpeg 2 in the background, I have numerous marked grilles. But I only want CD, RG, and EG shown. I know its got to be in the filters or the sorting and grouping properties but I just haven't figured it out. Any advice?
