HOW CAN I HAVE THE DIME STYLE WITH A GAP BETWEEN THE TEXT, COUSE I TRYING TO LINE IT BUT LINE GOES THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THE NUMBER, IS IT POSIBLE TO SET IT LIKE IN AUTOCAD.

There is no way to do this automatically since you can't set your text offset to a negative value. You would have to make sure your text background is set to opaque and manually drag your text into position for each segment. Not worth the trouble.
