The other day I received a new Revit model for a project I've been working on, and it is having some issues with it. For some reason, I cannot make any changes to it outside of minor moves, and placing dimensions/elevations. Whenever I go to add a new pipe, it vanishes (already checked my view settings/view range), when I try to disconnect or split a pipe and reconnect it (just as a test), the pipe deletes itself and states it cannot auto rotate (despite the pipe being straight on the same elevation), and whenever I do move a pipe, the fittings will delete themselves as well.

I have already checked the families, everything is there, and I was even able to get new CVS files. Everything appears to be completely fine on my end, but for whatever reason these issues are still happening. I have tried opening the model with Revit MEP 2012 (which is the version it was created with), I have tried opening it with 2014 (which is what I would be using to work on it), and I have tired opening it in 2015. The same issues happen in each version of Revit MEP.

Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem? Sorry I can't provide you with any more information or error messages, but there really are none. The families are loaded into the project (I also redownloaded the families and reloaded them just to be sure), the CSV files are there, it is a local file, and every setting I've checked is as it should be. I am at a complete loss on what could be causing this.
