I need to put a sign in the shape of an ellipse on a curved wall and have it follow the curve of the wall. Any suggestions?

You could use a solid and a void. You just have to make sure the void matches the diameter of the wall curve. See attached.

I was trying to make it way to hard to do. Thanks for the nice simple solution.
