When making drawing revisions where keynotes are implemented with numbering by sheet, is there a way to disable or suspend the renumbering for a revision? For example, I have created an 8.5x11 revision drawing but have noted that any keynotes visible in the veiw are renumbered for the new revision sheet. This will create confusion when issued because the nubmers will not match the original contract documents. Any suggestions??

Ouch .... this is a problem. I'm sure glad we don't number by sheet.
I've never seen this question asked here. Your problem is that the numbers are by when placed so no way to fake it. Deleting the keynote will just renumber the remaining moving them up.
I don't have any good solutions for you.
