Your elevation doesn't tell us much.   Walls can be curved including curtain walls.  The curtain wall will segment to flat segments depending on your grid locations.

Model is simple now. My cladding are spline so I can not do this with split face.

What would you use split face for????

You will find that you can't document splines easily and they are hard to use in a lot of ways.  Standard geometry is easier to use and document so tangent arc segments work a wole lot better then splines.  And nobody except you knows the difference.

What I would do would be to make 3 model masses (preferably families) and import them in.  Make them curve in plan and section like you want and then apply curtain wall to face on the upper and lower, then the stone in the remaining open void.  Again, applied to face.
