I am trying to build a cabinet that gets a new void object when the cabinet gets bigger...Can someone check my model and tell me where I am sucking air?!?!?

just had a quick look (way too many wine for a serious look right now)
why are you working with voids???
you don't need to array the voids, just create an extrusion for the dividing piece, this will be the piece you array, I don't have too much time to play with it sorry,
did you have a look at Mr Spot's tutorial?
