Hi everyone,
We set up an Autodesk 2015 Deployment for our office and gave it a trial run on a couple machines -- we've had several problems with Revit thus far:
-SP1, which we checked off to be installed, did not install.
-neither add-ins we selected installed
-folder mapping locations were set to the particular individual's User locations who set up the deployment rather than mapping to the user whose computer is running the deployment at the time. -- i.e. if his name is Bob, and then I ran the deployment on my computer, I would have a new "Bob" folder in C:\Users because the deployment wanted that folder to exist.
-the path to the default template files mapped incorrectly, losing all but the last folder name of its location on our server.
Has anyone else had these troubles? Any clue what we're doing wrong? Some silly checkbox at the end that says "yes really, do all these things I asked you to do?"
Thanks all for your input,Katie

What a disaster. Yikes. I haven't run a network deployment lately but I'd be checking with my autodesk reseller for support on something like this. Let alone the cleanup.
