using revit 2014,

is there anyway to make a 3d path .. for example if i want to creat a hose that looks real and soft ??

You can sketch it.  If the path is 3D then use planes to host the lines.  Each line must join with the last even if they are on different planes.

 

You can also use the edges of solids.
