Revit 2014.
I have applied a background jpg image to a 2D South Elevation, dragged it into the Sheet, no problem. Other views have the Revit graduated sky background. All looks good on the sheet.
Print to A3 laser printer, all prints great, except the jpg Background image. Just white space (have tried actual printer settings to vector and raster ) Even printing to a PDF file, image still missing.
What am I not doing?

You say a "2D Elevation" - not a 3D? You mean a drafting view?
