I'm having trouble with a moderatly difficult roof to work at the eaves. It appears as though Revit is adding an additional few inches to each eave on certain parts of the roof. I've ran into this before a long time ago and can't not remember what I did to fix it. I've attached a few images of what exactly is going on. I've tried using the options in the Align Eaves tool, but they don't seem to be fixing what I'm trying to do.

You must have either a wall that is set to a different height or a different slope on that area of roof. You will need to adjust the Offset From Roof Base in your properties to get it to match your other roof lines... or change your wall height or slope.
