Could someone please advise on the best way to create a Fall Arest System on a curved roof extrusion.

Incomplete question.... curved roof extrusion has a lot of variations. If you mean in the arc direction, you could do a sweep along an arc path or an extrusion (if flat stock) from a view perpindicular to the arc. So... I suggest you draw a reference plane where you want the secure line, create an elevation parallel with that and a perpindicular view. Do a sweep with the path lying on that work plane...describe the path from the elevation and the profile in the perpindicular view.
