I am working in revit 2013 and starting to do mechanical duct work. See the attached pdf. I am having difficulties getting my beveled duct take off to look the way I want it. Any suggestions?

What don't you like bout what you have?  Just that your seeing the hidden lines inside the duct?  Is the connection overridden to show as a hidden line?  I can do mine just fine.  The bevel will not automatically adjust to the size of the duct going into it (that I know of) if that is your problem also.

The problem that I am having is I cannot make it look like your drawing. I have searched for the family under duct, fitting, round, and taps. I have inserted round takeoff - beveled and also inserted round takeoff - shoe. And when i do insert them they will not adjust to the duct size that they are connecting to.

I am using the Rectangular Tap-Beveled.  YOU need to tell it what size you need it to be in the properties under Takoff Length Projection, it will not automatically change.

Teafoe, I just wanted to say thank you for all the time you have taken to help me. I figured out why it wasn't working. I needed to change my routing preferences. Higlight the duct, edit properties, then go to fittings and change my routing preference from round tap to round bevel. You did get me started in the right direction.
