Revit Version: Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium 2014
I've been working on a single-family house and when I started decided to model the finish floor (assembly: 3/4" hdwd finish floor, 3/4" plywood subfloor, 11 7/8" TJI).
Now that I've started detailing the project I've realized I should have only modeled the subloor, or at least had the levels aligned down 3/4" to the subfloor.
Now, I'm afraid that if I move the level down it will globally affect a lot of things -- not just the floor.
All I can think of is to move the ENTIRE model (includling topo) up 3/4" to keep the level where it is and then delete the finish floor layer and shift the floor back DOWN 3/4" to where it should be. Convoluted, but I can't think of a better way to do it.
The problem is that I can't move the model along the Z-axis. Am I missing a basic fix for this or did I just screw up the model based on how I started?
Thanks in advance for the help.

So what exactly do you want to change? Is the elevation of the levels correct right now? If so just remove the hardwood floor finish and your floors will automatically adjust up to where they should be. If you change your elevations everything in your model should change along with it.. so if you need to change them to be up 3/4" the floor, walls etc will follow.

I want to move the levels down by 3/4" AND have that be 0'-0" (at ground level).
If I remove the finish floor and the floors move up by 3/4" then they become too high by 3/4" when the finish would get added.
Subfloor is modeled correctly.
I think I'm going to just note the levels as "Level 1 -- Finish Floor" and leave it the way it is, even though it's awkward and not as useful (framing crews don't care about finish floor level, neither does structural). Oh well.

Change your floors to be the structure you want then use the Relocate Project command
