What governs whether an annotation (callout, section, elevation) appears or not on two parallel plan views?
Example: make a floor plan. Make another plan view, same floor, same scale, call it 'furniture plan'. Cut a section of a wall on one. Miraculouly, it works in this scenario, yet I have the same thing going on an existing project and it's not happening. What does it take to get it to show up on the other? Why does it do so sometimes and not other times? What is the rule? How do you get the callout to show up on the other view? If you select the annotation, copy it to clipboard, go to other view Paste>current view, it makes a DUPLICATE view! The non-showing annotation is not 'hidden', mousing over doesn't bring it around.
Any insights? Thanks

did you already check the option in properties of the Section/Callout.
For Section, the Graphics Properties "Hide at scales coarser than"
For Callouts, under Graphics Properties "Show in Parent view only"
One more thing that comes to mind is, In the view that you want it to show and its not showing, check the Visibility Properties as well.
Hope this helps!

Ah-ha! Thank you. Different fix for different annotations...
That did it. The duplicated view had its scale changed to 3/32" to fit a sheet...
Thank you Suganya
