We appreciate manufacturer support but I do have some comments.  For our members, I suggest you look at these families.

Your partition files are really large, too large I think.   Especially since you may need several of these large families to get different configurations.   Toilet compartments can be/ are really complex.  I know because there were no good families available and I had to make my own.  But I was able to accomplish basically the same as yours with just 3 families each at 350kb.  See partial image of my "to use" sheet.

 

Typically, most manufacturer files are too large because of imported CAD.  I congratulate you that I didn't see that.  But there must still be something that makes these files too large. 

 

I quickly looked at some of your other families and they all appear to be quality families.  And they are face based as they should be and under specialty equipment when they should be.
