I am creating a topo by Pick Points that I can't seem to do sharp radius for.  I am wondering what setting(s) control this function? If I do simple straight contours there is no problem. Attached is the base drawing for picking these points. If you look at that drawing when I start picking points for 1152 at the point when I get to the sharp radius point on that line the red contour line goes off and system seems to reinterpret the contours.

Your image doesn't tell us much.  Most likely you will just need to add even more points to get the desired radius, if Revit is interpreting your points wrong you will need to add more points elsewhere to "force" the contours to where you need them.

Please read my posts here: http://www.revitcity.com/forums.php?action=viewthread&thread_id=31567

Contours are just an approximation.   You can also add point elevation tags to are not on the contour line if something has to be controlled.

The thought that topo lines have to be in a particular location is just plain wrong!  Users that demand this don't understand what these lines represent.
