Is there any way to get an IMAGE (preferably vector) in one step, straight from Revit with No Background Color ( as in transparent) with NO EXTRA STEPS?  I  need this function for droping a 2D Plan View into Power Point Slides so that my boss and coworkers can add color or patterns behind the image.  It would also be nice to have for other programs I may use.

There was a command called "copylink" in AutoCAD that could do exactly this.  Does anyone know how to do the same or something very similar in Revit?

Please don't tell me that you could do this in other programs.  I only sited Autodesks "copylink" command as an example of what I am trying to achieve.  I am not looking for any soloutions involving using paint, photoshop or any other program to remove the white (or whatever color) background as it typically looks dirty if I need to resize it at all later on.  I am looking for a solution preferably within Revit.  5 stars to anyone with the answer.

Thanks!

What do you mean an image?  Like a rendering?  You can render it with a white background

For this specif case, we will say I am trying to capture a 2D Plan View from Revit with No Background Color (as in transparent).  I did some research last night and found that a "vector" based image and not a raster would be preferable for this senario.
