What am i supposed to do?

i have a message saying that i have a corrupted element from an earlier session.

then it propose to save a recovery file, but when i try to open this recovery file it says that it has been saved in an earlier version of revit, and it 's impossible to reopen from there.

i lost my file and can't even recover it.

this is not the first time it happens to me and i'm very disappointed about revit LT and autodesk for non adressing this issue despite the ton of error messages send .
