I am going to put the site plan into sheet, but i would like cut some of unnecessary part, how to do it

You need to :
1. Right click on any blank side of the siteplan, and click on "View Properties";
2. Scroll down loking for the "EXTENT" option, make sure that you check the crop section. this will create a box sourrounding the site plan.
3. Click on any part of the new box it will turn red with blue dots and section symbos; pick on the blue dots and adjust as required. When printing, this crop line will not show up
