I have just encountered a problem were my underlaying floorplan and stair UP/DN tags are not visible unless I am scrolling in or out. Any ideas?

what revit version, do you have all of the updates installed? It may be a graphics card problem, try updating that also

I think the up/dpwn tags have been buggy for a couple of releases so I just use text with an arrow. BAD process but I think the tool just doesn't function right.
