Revit 2013
We have a pack of details provided by the dry-wall manufacturer. I what to create a dummy Callout Head, which I can enter the drywall Drawing Number and reference.
However, when I use the CallOut Head Familiy Template it will not allow me to create any additonal Category Parameters for the various lables.
Anybody got any idea how I can make this work?

Create a "sheet" or sheets of the proper number and place drafting views (blank) on that sheet in the proper order..... don't print that sheet.

Each detail is a separate sheet and there about 150 details. Had considered setting up false sheets but don't really want to do that for the number or details I have!

Then just create a detail group - text and lines and don't use a Revit callout.
A better option is to place these as seperate drafting views in a resurce project. You can then use the copy view function to bring the appropriate details into your project and use the Revit callouts and print them as part of yor set.

Create drafting views and insert cropped DWG's into them. Drafting views can be copied project to project. The views can then be placed on sheets in that file so they can be viewed.
It is best practice that you explode the DWG's and revitize them in a cleanup project first but that may take awhile to do.
