I am working on site projects and I would like to know if there is a way to make certian objects, topo, floor etc, show up in black and white like wireframe. I need just the areas around these buildings and objects to show up plain while still keeping the building and certain regions in colour.

The only way to do this is by actually adding a white material to them.
