In trying to schedule continuous wall footings and am having issues with the "elevation at bottom" stating that it varies. I currently concrete walls spanning between concrete columns. If I place footings on the wall elements and do not join them to the column footings it will give me an accurate elevation. However, if i join the foundations it changes the elevation at bottom to varies. I don't understand what is happening. The footings are the same thicnkess and located at the same elevation. Any help with this issue would be much appreciated.

topography in elevation shows up "blank" space. any work around?
