Does anyone have or can direct me to a double hung window W/TRIM, and an inset parameter so it will place correctly in a stud wall with stone veneer? Marvin has parameter but no trim. (I'm using Revit2012)
Thanks

I don't believe you will find many, if any. It would be far easier to add trim to a family that has a setback. We create our own window and door families because of this issue.
I have not looked at the Marvin window for awhile. If it works well, then use that and edit it. Or - create a seperate trim family that will flex and load it into the marvin family and control it there.

I created a double-hung window with an "inset parameter". The materials will need some work if you need it for rendering purposes. There are also parameters for optional shutters, optional window grilles, and varied sizes for interior and exterior trim. Note, this was made with Revit version2013. Hope this helps in some way. Sorry about that... I noticed you're working with Revit-2012. Luckily the job I made it for was done last year so I had an older version of it. Don't even get me started on the disappointment of not being able to save backwards to older versions of Revit. Hope you have better luck opening this window family. We'll both need to upgrade to Revit-2014 soon! Dan3d

I'm glad it can potentially help you. I've attached a double unit that was created for the same project. Good luck with your job. Dano3d
