Hi, I am working on a combined services with each services at different revit file. linking them together (in a separate revit file - Combined Services model) for coordination.
Problem: services below does not appear as hidden line using the hidden visibility mode. And center line does not show.
-MEP settings>Hiddenlines already check already. Any advise if anyone has this worked on the same workflow with mine? Or this just a not recommended workflow?
Thanks you..

Linked revit models can be controlled seperately from the host model in VG. Click on VG/revit links and change the display settings from host to custom. You will then see the linked model VG where you can set the model or annotation settings to custom and control them.

Thanks, WWH..
I actually been exploring these and just found out that there is 1 link which is the fire protection system. whenever i unload it the centerline and hidden line appears. when i load it back it disables it (Hidden line and center).
Any ideas that needs to look through which makes this file disables the appearnance of hiddena and Centerline? Note that all the files linked are started from the same Revit Template.

ARe you removing and re-linking?
Why do you unload? Is this a memory issue? All links should be in seperate worksets which can be turned off / on and or loaded/unloaded. Seperate worksets can also be initially set to not visible in a ll views and only turned on in required views. Don't unload your link, just use the reload from to update when required.

No I am not removing and relinking.
I am Unload/Reloading in the revit links in the Project browser. You are right I can use my workst to turn it off. will it matters (i mean will it change the settings if unload vs turn off using workset) in the revit links in the Project Browser? Note that i am not changing anything in the Manage Links tab.
