As appear in the attachment the footings volume equal zero, all dimensions (Length, Width, Thickness) are available as shown, Nevertheless Volume is equal zero, why? and how to solve that?

Your question is to vague, are you exporting a Revit model to Navis? How are you exporting that? what version of Revit and Navis?
