We want RevitCity to be a resource to everyone so we work hard with our member schools to correct problems when they occur.  As an example, we recently received the following letter from a user after a school was blocked for an inappropriate post.  The school was reinstated after the instructor agreed to monitor their students.  We appreciate the action this school took and this letter from the offending student.

------------------------

Dear Revit City On Thursday, I wrote a comment on a Revit City object that I completely regret writing. I thought that I could be funny and write what I did, but now I realized that my actions were very immature and childlike. Not only am I apologizing to my teacher and classmates, I am also truthfully sorry for what I did and I can assure you it will not happen again. My behavior was extremely inappropriate, immature, and lacked the respect that you, Revit City, so rightfully deserve. It was a disruption and distracted others from doing the project in my classroom. Your website is a great help to us. We get most of our objects that we are using off of your website. As a student that uses it, I feel I have terribly disrespect everyone on Revit City and the owners of Revit City. All my apologies go to Revit City for I know that my actions were very wrong and I know it will not happen again. Not only have I embarrassed myself, but I have also learned that nobody appreciated my poor behavior. In the future, I have every intention of using your site for what it is meant for and giving you guys the respect that you so rightfully deserve. Again, I am terribly sorry for my actions and I hope that we can put this matter behind us. I can assure you that it will not happen again. I look forward to using your website in my class again. Sincerely,

Good to see and a great example of establishing discipline in this 'professional' environment. This site is used by experienced, highly skilled architects, engineers and students all over the world. Students and young people need to learn how to behave in the professional world. . . . starting right here !

This site is not facebook or twitter where you can spout off what ever crosses your mind and simply expect to get away with it.
