Make sure you turn on rooms in VG.

You can widow your floor plan, filter that for room tags, copy those to clipboard and paste same place in your ceiling plan.

I am having this issue...rooms is turned on in VG for my ceiling plan.

Am I understanding correctly that you can not simply have room numbers appear in a ceiling plan?

I don't want to copy and paste stuff, that is just a mistake waiting to cost me money...is this really the only solution?

thanks for you help, the conversations and downloads on this forum are quite helpful

The copy/paste is the simple way but if you don't know how to use your filter (funnel), then you are looking for trouble on more than just this.

Just tag your rooms!  Room tags and rooms must be on.
