Hello, I am trying to model a facade shown in the first photo. It is a facade made with insulated metal panels. I was looking to use the divide surface method and adding pattern components to the surface, yet I came across problems with the edge panels not being flush with the surface itself, as in the 3rd photo. The panel I used for can be seen in the 2nd photo.
However, i have a feeling that this may not be the most appropriate way to model what is shown in the photo. so, how would one go about modeling such a thing?

There is no reason to model these panels.
