We have an irritating problem.
When drawing in Revit 2013 under windows Vista business, some buttons disappear when they are suposed to pop-up.
Like clicking on a group, you want to use the button 'edit group'
It only shows up when i click (about 4 times) on the little button 'minimize to panel buttons' in the ribbon.
How can we fix this, please help !

Do you have all of the updates installed for 2013? I believe there were 3 of them.

i tried to install them, but it says 'the expected autodesk product could not be found on your computer' (see attached image) my system is 64 bit, so it's the rigt one i suppose.

There are different suite options, make sure you are downloading the correct one, from the error it is saying you are not.
