I need to be able to have Revit calculate how many interior corner I have in a building as well exterior corners. Can Revit do this, I have tried a few things but it doesn't seem to work

There is no way that I am aware of and I can't even think of any type of workaround for it.

You would have to add an element at the corners that could be scheduled.  It could be invisible in all normal views.

MMMMMHHHH could work but it need to know when its the inside of a wall or an outside of a wall

Put a shared parameter in your family and then schedule by that parameter.
