Does anyone know if Autodesk actually reads the step-by-step discription you give on an error report when Revit crashes. I have requested a simple, "hey someone is actually reading this" notification from Autodesk on a couple of these with no reply. In fact, I have never gotten any sort of response back from any error report (and I have had my fair share).
So I wanted to ask the community if I am just wasting my time filling this out thinking I am helping Autodesk inprove their software? As time goes on, I am finding myself getting more and more sarcastic and hostile in my step-by-step discription of what I am doing when Revit crashes. Maybe I am on Autodesk's black list.
